How do I Order?
Please add the item you wish to buy by selecting Add to Cart and then proceed to checkout and pay either with credit card, online banking or bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, please e-mail email@example.com with your receipt. Once order is received, Tabula Rasa will contact you via e-mail or phone to arrange a delivery date.
For smaller items, such as candles, this will be sent by PosLaju and the tracking number will be provided by e-mail.
Can I pick up my order?
We welcome collections from our warehouse in Bangsar by prior arrangement. Pick-ups are by appointment only within the following time frames:Monday-Saturday 10:00am-4.00pm.
How quickly can you deliver?
We do try and keep some stock here in Kuala Lumpur, but with the endless number of potential combinations available it just isn’t generally possible; and of course buying to order means we can keep our overheads down, and pass on the savings to our customers.
For the items that are in stock, they can be delivered within 3-4 working days. Please speak with our sales team if you have specific requirements. For custom orders, they are mostly delivered within 6 weeks of placing your order. In rare circumstances, the delivery may take 8 weeks. Tabula Rasa will provide updates to advise you on progress during this period.
Do you sell to the trade?
Yes we do at many levels. Please refer to our Trade portal for further information.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes we do provide a 1 year warranty on all regular priced furniture items. All OHMM® woven products are covered by a OHMM® 5 Year Warranty against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions portal for further details.
What happens if the goods delivered are faulty?
We carefully inspect all the goods prior to shipment to ensure that there are no faults. However for your peace of mind, if the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact Tabula Rasa within 24 hours of delivery. We will ask you to send a photo of the damage for our records and to assist us in taking appropriate action. We will require you to return the item with care, in its original packaging, as it might be necessary to return it to the manufacturer. Please include your customer order details with the package, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and our customer service will contact you to advise you of a possible replacement or refund.
